Our Residential Real Estate practice handles hundreds of residential bank closings and  purchase/sale transactions each year. We work seamlessly with lenders, brokers, builders, developers, investors, purchasers and sellers.  

We coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions including:

• drafting and reviewing of Purchase and Sale Contracts;
• negotiating with other attorneys and/or realtors;
• monitoring and complying with contingency and other contract dates;
• reviewing inspection and title reports and solving issues that arise therefrom;
• drafting all closing documents;
• conducting and attending the closing with our client(s).
